为进一步扩大，推动供给侧结构性改革，促进汽车产业转型升级，满足人民群众消费需求，自2018年7月1日起，降低汽车整车及零部件进口关税。将汽车整车税率为25%的135个税号和税率为20%的4个税号的税率降至15%，将汽车零部件税率分别为8%、10%、15%、20%、25%的共79个税号的税率降至6%。
Tax rates for 135 tax numbers with a full vehicle tax rate of 25% and 4 tax numbers with a tax rate of 20% will be reduced to 15%, and tax rates for auto parts will be 8%, 10%, 15%, 20%, and 25 respectively. The tax rate for a total of 79 tax numbers dropped to 6%.

汽车进口基本步骤：
一：向外经贸局申领自动进口许口证
申领的资料如下：
1、《外商投资企业进口汽车申请表》（须盖鲜章并填写企业真实联系电话和联系人，并经该企业法人签章），一式二份；
2、《外商投资企业批准证书》复印件
1. "Application Form for Imported Automobiles of Foreign-invested Enterprises" (a fresh seal must be filled in and the company's real contact telephone number and contact person should be filled out and signed by the enterprise legal person), in duplicate;
2. Copy of Approval Certificate for Foreign Investment Enterprises
3、营业执照复印件
4、验资报告复印件

二：选择进口清关港口， 准备相关资料单证：
1.自动进口许可证
2.进口合同
3.进口FP
4.装箱单
5.海运提单（由船公司签发）
6.提货单（由船公司签发）
