今年2月22日至23日，中国-格鲁吉亚自贸协定轮谈判在格鲁吉亚首都第比利斯举行，双方对谈判日程、谈判结构、各议题领域和原则等问题达成一致并签署模式文件。同时，双方成立谈判工作组，开始自贸协定文本磋商，并就后续工作达成共识。双方初步商定，第二轮谈判将于今年
5月9日在北京举行。

ilisi. Both parties reached consensus on problems like negotiation agenda, negotiat

ion structure，issue areas and principle and signed schema file. Meanwhile，they founded negotiating teams，starting to consult about the text of F
TA and making consensus on the follow-up work. They reached an initial agreement and the second negotiation would be held in Beijing on May 9 this year.
目前，格鲁吉亚的葡萄酒税率为关税14%，增值税17%，消费税10%，综合税率为48.2%。关税降低，将促进来自多个发源地的葡萄酒在中国市场的增长。据报告，去年，格鲁吉亚的瓶装葡萄酒在中国的进口量为130万升，同比增长74%。今年1月的海关数据显示，格鲁吉亚原瓶装葡萄酒继续保持50%以上的高增长态势，一举超过老牌葡萄酒进口国加拿大的进口量。
At present，tax rate of wine from Georgia includes 14% tariff, 17% VAT，10% consumption tax and 48.2% consolidated tax. Lowering tariffs will promote the growth of wine from cradles in Chinese market.It is reported that China’s import volume of bottled wine was 1.3 million litre last year which is 74% year-on-year growth. Customs data in January of this year shows that bottled wine from Georgia continues to keep high growth of more than 50%,exceeding the import of wine from Canada, the old wine importer.

格鲁吉亚是国际公认的“世界葡萄酒发源地”，并且格鲁吉亚传统的QVEVRI陶罐酿酒工艺于2013年被联合国教科文组织列为世界非物质文化遗产。“虽然是葡萄酒的发源地，但格鲁吉亚的葡萄酒产量并不高，我们一年多出口量不超过1000万瓶”，乔治·撒玛尼什维利说。他希望中国消费更多了解格鲁吉亚和葡萄酒文化。
Georgia is Internationally recognized as “the Cradle of Wine”,and the traditional brewing technique, QVEVRI, was listed as the World Intangible Cultural Heritage by UNESCO in 2013.“Although it is the cradle of wine,Georgia’s wine output is not very high. And our maximum export volume in a year is less than 10 million bottles.” said George Samanishvill.He hopes that Chinese customers know more about Georgia and culture of wine.
据报道，去年中国已跻身格鲁吉亚葡萄酒大进口国，仅次于俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦和乌克兰。和在中国市场的大幅增长不同，格鲁吉亚葡萄酒对俄罗斯、乌克兰出口分别同比下降51%和56%。
It is reported that China has been one of the first four biggest importers of Georgia wine,ranking only second to Russia,Kazakhstan and Ukraine.Being different from the big increase in Chinese market,Georgia wine exported to Russia and Ukraine had 51% and 56% decrease.

乔治·撒玛尼什维利表示，为了加强两国间的了解，不仅去年格鲁吉亚加里巴什维利来访华，而且两国的农业部长也进行了互访。今年，两国间启动的自贸协定谈判有望将该国葡萄酒进入中国的关税降至零。
George Samanishvill said that to strengthen the understanding between both countries, the Premier of Georgia visited China last year and Secretaries of Agriculture of both countries also made a visit to each other. This year, the FTA between both countries is expected to lower the tariffs of Georgia wine to zero.
