After the opening ceremony, Xu Qin held talks with Zeman. He said that Chairman Xijinping attaches great importance to Sino-Czech relations and evaluates that Sino-Czech relations has entered a "new stage of rapid development and many achievements in history." The major national strategy such as the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, the planning and construction of Xiong'an New District, and the preparation of the 2022 Winter Olympics are superimposed in Hebei. Hebei and the Czech Republic have provided a broader space for further friendship and cooperation.
