公司占地面积30000平方米，其中主车间面积18000平方米，现有职工230余人，各类专业技术人员36人，其中工程师4人，工程师12人，持证焊工39名，合格项目80人项，无损检测持证RT人员2名，中级人员4名，初级人员5名。UT、PT、MT各两名。
公司主要生产DZL、SZL系列蒸汽、热水锅炉；WNS、LSS系列燃油(气)锅炉；LSC系列立式蒸汽锅炉；YGL、YLL、YLW系列立式、卧式有机热载体锅炉；各种常压热水锅炉及全套辅机等。公司生产的各类产品均为山东省环境保护认定产品，是国家环保、节能产品。
