一、进口路线
出入境商检备案----发货---装运前检验检疫备案(香港中检或海外预检）----代办进口许可证（O证）----国内港口（报检/报关/缴税）-----厂家
二、操作流程
1. 签订合作协议，确定进口旧螺旋钢产品清单明细资料；
2. 发货前，在进口港所在地商检局申请进口《旧螺旋钢商检预备案书》；
3. 确定备案的同时，合理安排通知贵司发货事宜； 若需要办理旧机进口许可证，同时办理；

5. 中检合格后，安排驳船将货运至进口港码头，同时到国内进口口岸商检局换正本《备案书》与《检验检疫合格证书》；
6. 货到码头后，换单提货，领取《进口旧螺旋钢产品装运前预检验备案书》与安排检验检疫，申请当地口岸《检验检疫通关单》，做单予海关申报（报关à审价缴税à海关查货à放行）；
7. 总流程概括：准备进口资料à申请商检备案à办理旧螺旋钢进口许可证à安排中检à安排驳船到当地码头à在进口港，安排商检查货à出通关单à报关、审价、出税单、缴税à海关现场查验核对à提货放行à配送至厂家。
