随着科技市场的发展，新能源汽车不断涌现，在电动车领域，当今市场上受关注的还是特斯拉。除了几百公里的续航备受消费者推崇外，在外观设计、无人驾驶等科技系统的配置也在同行业中。但作为豪华电动汽车的领跑者，昂贵的价格注定了它只能是少数人的“玩具”。但新款MODEL 3不同，相比之前的Model S和Model X而言，较低的定价意味着特斯拉将正式走上大众化的道路，也为电动汽车的普及奠定了市场基础。之前，Model S/X在中国市场表现不俗，在美国市场更是大热，而从现在Model 3的定价和订单来看，基本上在2018年也将实现全面。目前来看特斯拉Model3的性价比还是很高的。特斯拉在经历了去年电池产能吃紧的问题之后，可以说元气大伤。而新车国内到港照的流出，也说明了新车交付已经进入，侧面也反映出了产能问题得到缓解。而Model 3作为被特斯拉寄予厚望的走量车型，相比竞争对手无论在定位、定价还是在续航方面都有不错的性价比。至于未来表现如何，我们还是拭目以待吧！

B. 车辆底盘号、发动机号是否与证单相符。
C. 车辆是否有中文铭牌且正确清晰。
D. 车辆铭牌是否与随车检验单及海关关单相符。
E. 车辆灯具及颜色是否正确（有后雾灯且转向灯颜色为琥珀色）。
F. 车辆车速里程表是否符合规定（车速里程表表盘显示有公里制）。
G.车辆排气管指向是否符合规定（机动车发动机排气管口不得指向车身右侧）。
H. 机动车辆外观是否完好。
A. “CCC” certification verification.
B. Whether the vehicle chassis number and engine number are consistent with the certificate.
C. Whether the vehicle has Chinese nameplate and is correct and clear.
D. Whether the nameplate of the vehicle is consistent with the inspection sheet and customs clearance.
E. The vehicle lamps and colors are all correct (with the rear fog lamp and the color of the turn signal amber).
F. Whether the speedometer is in accordance with the regulations (the speedometer dial indicates that it must be made in kilometers).
G. Whether the vehicle exhaust pipe is in accordance with the regulations (motor vehicle engine exhaust pipe should not point to the right side of the body).
H. Motor vehicle appearance is in good condition.

免3C证明办理使用范围，涉及的内容：根据《强制性产品认证管理规定》（质检总局令第117号），列入强制性产品认证目录的产品经过强制性产品认证，并标注认证标志后，方可出厂、销售、进口或者在其他经营活动中使用。根据《国家认监委关于发布强制性产品认证目录描述与界定表的公告》（2014年第45号公告），实施强制性产品认证的产品包括电线电缆、低压电器、电动工具、消防产品、儿童用品等20大类158种。适用对象：列入强制性产品认证目录但未获证的进口产品，如符合《强制性产品认证管理规定》第四十二条规定的几种情形，可申请免予办理强制性产品认证证明。
